You can find all sorts of different products for your home. The staff are always helpful, if they're available. I think the place needs to hire more people because I waited 15min to get information in regarding my product. 1 staff member had 7 customers each waiting to get answered. He did a great job btw.

Overall the best DIY store in the area. I go there almost every week. The Leroymerlin's 12 months return policy is by far the best in France. It's often the main reason for buying there rather than other DIY stores. Items sold on their website as "third party" are often inferior, overpriced and have poor or inaccurate descriptions with poor customer service. They should learn from Amazon who manage their third parties mucg better. The two big issues to resolve this store has: 1. Stock accuracy: On more than 10 occasions over the years I ordered items on the internet that then they don't have. They tend to claim that someone had it in their shopping trolley and not yet paid, so it showed as "available" in their systems. In reality in most cases their stock keeping is just poor (damaged goods not accounted for, stuff hidden and not found ect.) This has led to many inconveniences for me wasting several hours having to come back to the shop or even having to change plans for the work as the items not available were really needed. 2. The communication between the main shop and the materials section is very poor. Orders are split between the two and each side saying the other is responsable for example. In general the level of competence in the materials section is lower than in other leroymerlin shops.

Well stocked , but being from the UK I can't believe what people will pay for stuff in France. If LM were in the UK they'd go bust as no one would buy from them..

Most products in this store are very acceptable. Staff is friendly often very helpful and competent but sometimes a little too trained on sales skills ... you end up buying more and pricier than you intended. Stock levels are published online with factual user reviews posted by real customers -online shop looks like- You can order and pay online to pick up 2hrs later. This is convenient. On the bad side, parking is too small on busy days. Closed on most Sundays. Please open Sunday, DYI people like me work during the week ...

Another Do-it-yourself shop that I love.. They have a wide selection of home furniture accessories, tools and home furnishing needs. One of the best shops to go to when you have plans of redecorating your place. Easy to find. Wide parking space and has a self check out counter which I like. Recommending this place to friends.

Good store for housing and interior design and lots of other garden and tools, but it's very crowded especially Sunday, you have to wait a very long time for some concealing and even more for product pick up from the depot.

I never met so unorganized team... It's like a bad comedy movie, 3.5 months organising door to be delivered and installed 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
