Customer service zero. I ve asked for a price of an item and a lady told me I had to do the queue at the cashier even if I wanted to have the price only. What about if I don't want the item then? Not sure if she was not intelligent or is the general attitude of the employee there

Employes are not professional, they pass by costumers and they do not answer the questions.. There is no possible way to buy something here, because they are absolutely not doing anything and they behave absolutely ridiculous. Also their English is so poor, that 90% of employes just don't even try to help or to call someone who does speak it.

Awful customer service, we’ve been there for 30 minutes trying to get help from staff to buy a speakee. They keep talking to French customers and ignoring us. Please stay away from this place, especially if you are a tourist.
