Avis particuliers et professionnels
Will Todd Kelley
While all my experiences in Bricorama-Sete have been quite good...the employees very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the cashiers very friendly and kind...I recently had a very negative experience (3 February 2024, 11:02, Caisse 003). When going to pay the cashier was extremely rude with me and my partner for no reason, and when we asked her why she was being so rude, she accused my partner of "not listening" and "doing what she wants," among other things, and me, for not being fluent in French, mocking me with hands waving as if I have mental issues. After paying we went to ask for a manager, while the cashier continued to criticize us to her fellow cashier next to her, saying she was "fed up" ("ils me saoulent") with us. I have never been so rudely spoken to by a store clerk and this unprofessional cashier definitely does not need to be in a position to speak face to face with the public.
