I've never taken to this business. I treat it as a necessary evil. Today it reached a new low in my estimation when a 20 year + shopboy gave me an insight into how he views customers. When I visually demonstrated the hierarchy regarding consumer rights ie Law Company policy Employee opinion the shop boy patted the floor to indicate where he believes the customer belongs. He and his colleagues really need a refresher course in customer relations and consumer law. They're clearly well up on how to exploit employment law or they wouldn't be rude to customers who have valid complaints about faulty goods. How on earth can three breakdowns in 2 months not warrant replacement or refund.
